Horizontal Dies is better than Vertical dies because of Horizontal Dies making by bending and Vertical Dies making by welding so when Vertical dies done vibrating so possibility of dies welding break and in sort time chances of damages, also poor life but Horizontal dies making by bending & bolting so no chances of welding break and more life then vertical up to long life If running as per process. Open only 4 bolts then this pole will take up ready in horizontal process and this is our new mould process.
